I am a technical writer recently specializing in the area of knowledge management and training. In over 25 years at The Boeing Company, I have worked on a large variety of projects. Everything from simple templates to software documentation to enterprise-wide business processes. In recent years I am more focused on knowledge management and training processes, especially in terms of how to make knowledge management part of everyone's day-to-day activity.
